Notes
- The first page in the Author's Edition is a parchment colored sheet stating "This book is a limited collector's release of the Lejend Master's Lore for the Lejendary Adventure Role-playing System." The bottom of the page is signed by Gary Gygax and numbered X of 1000.
- The Author's and Premier Editions contain Forlorn Corners Part II, An Adventure Scenario for Four or More Players (Best with Six), by Gary Gygax.
- The last page of both the Author's Edition and Premier Edition contains only a bar code, 10 and 13 digit ISBNs and a Pricing Code. The information is as follows: ISBN10: 1-930377-03-7, ISBN13: 978-1-930377-03-5, Pricing Code: 52995 ($29.95US). These ISBNs and Pricing Codes correspond to the Premier Edition are are thus incorrect for the Author's Edition. The last page of the Standard Edition is blank.
- The MSRPs are as follows: Author's Edition $34.95US, Premier Edition $29.95US, Standard Edition $24.95US.
- The cover artist is incorrectly credited as Jim Pavalec instead of Jim Pavelec in all three editions.
