Kara-Tur: The Eastern Realms is a campaign expansion that provides a background for oriental-themed adventures. The set contains two 96 page books, four 21 x 31.5 inch colour double-sided fold-out maps (map piece codes are 1032XXX0701 to 0704) and 2 hex grid overlays (note: the overlays have the piece code 1031XXX0705 the same as those from the main campaign set). The two books describe ten regions / nations within the Eastern Realms. For each realm, the books provide details on geography, cities, places of interest, politics, races, customs, religions, economics, history, non-player characters, monsters and suggested adventures.
