Category Link Templates

The CL, L, and C templates are used with categories. To link a item, use [[ITEM_NAME]].

CL: Categorize and Link

The CL template both categorizes the page it is on as a member of the category and creates a link to the category page.

{{CL|CATEGORY_NAME}}

If you want the link text to be different from CATEGORY_NAME you can use this format:

{{CL|CATEGORY_NAME|PIPE_TRICK_NAME}}

L: Link

This will link a category without categorizing the page as a member of the category. It is shorthand for [[:Category:CATEGORY_NAME]].

{{L|CATEGORY_NAME}}

There is a pipe trick version:

{{L|CATEGORY_NAME|PIPE_TRICK_NAME}}

G: Gallery Link

Like the {{L...}} template, but it links the image gallery instead of the auto-generated list of articles in a category.

C: Categorize

Shorthand for [[Category:CATEGORY_NAME]].

Printing Templates

Printing

The Printing template can be used repeatedly on an item page if an item has multiple printings.

ScanNeeded

If you know of a printing but don't have a scan of it, use this template to identify the printing:

Other Templates

Nav

Creates a horizontal navigation bar to connect the auto-generated article list, image gallery, prices page, and about page for a category.

{{Nav|CATEGORY|PAGE}}

PAGE must be articles, gallery, prices, or about.

Abbreviations

The template on the left is a short cut for the template on the right:

Deprecated Templates

Don't use these, and consider removing them when you find them.
