This is apparently a hardcover manual, printed by AEH Hobby in 1989.  It was bundled with the Norwegian X1 Isle of Dread, as well as having this module included in the manual itself, at the end.  It may have also incorporated the material from the Basic Rulebook as well. According to Mikael Borjesson of Titan Games, the set did not include module X1 Isle of Dread (which was never translated into Swedish).  However, much of the Companion Rules were included in the translated rulebook.  (Thanks to Daniel Schenström for the scan).
