Matches the US Fourth print (orange cover) with the following differences: "On the inside back cover of the US module there's a color version of the Isle's map, plus a copy of the text from page 5; in the Italian version, the second "page" of the back cover is missing; this version comes with a detached page instead.  On one side of this page, there's a black and white version of the Isle's map; on the second side, maps #12 and #13 (from inside front cover) are replicated."  (Thanks to Luca Lettieri for this info, and to Ciro Alessandro Sacco and Danilo Moretti for the scan).
