This book of AD&D
tear-out sheets is used to keep statistics on the player's characters.
Including spaces for character's title, age, history, class, level, hit
points, experience points, divinity, background, characteristics and
there effects. Also provided are a blank shield for designing the
character's coat of arms and a detailed AD&D equipment list with costs.
Each character sheet has a small illustration of the character class by
Paul Jaquays; sheets are perforated for easy removal from the booklet.
Printing (1979): Black-and-white cover with product number
in the bottom left. Product list is
titled "Booty List" with the highest number being 93.
2nd Printing (1979):
Blue-and-black cover with product number in the top left. Product list is
3rd Printing (1980):
Color cover sheet with product code in yellow box near the top.
Product list is titled "Treasure Vault" (cover) with the highest
number being 310. Product list is titled "Treasure Vault"
(book) with the highest number being 270.
(Note: title page says 96 pages, however there is actually 112 pages
