This official GenCon X D&D tournament dungeon, this book includes area and village maps of Scrapfaggot Green, special tournament rules, background, the Sur-Khanian Maze, and six dungeon levels, making an ideal mini-campaign.  The players must find the key to Akbeth's Tower, enter and find an ancient skull, and with this skull journey through the Forbidden Lands to close an inter-dimensional doorway.  A Baron of this kingdom will greatly reward a stalwart adventuring party.  This product includes pre-rolled characters and their equipment and spells.

This Scenario was independently published by Bob Blake prior to its publication by Judges Guild.

  • 1st Printing (1977):  Pre-Judges Guild printing.  Thanks to Matthias Bock for the scan.
     

  • 2nd Printing (1979):  A barbarian in town square cover.  This book shouldn�t have any maps as stated in Journal W.  No product list.  Errata map (17"x22" B/W double sided) was given away free to its distributors and stores that requested it.  Thanks to Marshall C. Mahurin III for the scan.
     

  • 3rd Printing, 2nd Edition (1979):  Black and White cover has four standing adventurers plus the barbarian on page three.  Thanks to Franz for the scan.  Product list is titled "Other Great Fantasy" with the highest number being 97.
     

  • 4th Printing, 2nd Edition (1980):  Color cover insert showing three adventurers with the same on the black and white book cover.  Has four adventurers on page three.  Product list is titled "Treasure Vault" (cover) with the highest number being 270.  Product list is titled "More Fine Products" (book) with the highest number being 350.
