The first 50 boxed sets have shipped! The problem is that my box-maker only sent me 50 boxes. When I contacted him to find out where the rest of my boxes were, he told me he thought I didn't need the rest until May. This did not make me happy. I have canceled my contract. While I can make boxes myself, I cannot make them fast enough to get everyone's orders shipped asap.So I have ordered a huge number of boxes from a company that has been making boxes for 111 years. They will have all of my boxes to me within two weeks. In addition, their boxes are going to be twice as durable (thicker material with double-secured corners) as the first 50 that have already shipped - so they should easily last for a very long time.As a way of making up for the terribly long wait everyone has had to endure, I'm going to ship a brand-new WhiteBox module out with all the remaining boxed set orders. It is going to be the only time this module will be made available for WB. It is my way of saying "thank you" for all your patience. And for all those folks who have been wondering when they can order a WhiteBox boxed set, I'll will begin taking further orders on March 15 (for shipment beginning on April 1).

While all of the boxes (other than the "first 50" that have already shipped) will be the same, the 4 WB booklets inside will feature the new WB logo (rather than just the S&W logo and "WhiteBox" text). The box will also contain Matt's Primer, a set of dice, a pad containing 10 of Verhaden's digest-sized character sheets and a color poster of the single volume WB cover (no graph paper or pencil).

For those of you within the United States, Paypal sends you an email with a tracking number right after I purchase and place the postage on your boxed set(s). If you haven't received an email yet, yours hasn't shipped. For those of you in Canada and around the world, I have to actually take your boxed sets to the post office, stand in line, hand in the customs forms (which seems to change depending upon who is working the counter ), and then purchase the postage. I then go back to paypal and indicate on your purchase that it has shipped. I am not sure if this causes an automatic confirmation email to be sent out or not. Nor does it provide you with a tracking number.
