Well, looks like I missed out on another good deal---I thought that this auction ran until after I'd be home from work, in time to make a final bid, but I must have done some math wrong.... :(

That would have been a good buy at that amount.

I never saw it, myself.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

Placed a snipe at $356, right at the beginning of the auction.
The shipping did me in, since they were going to use the online calculator provided (and thus twice as expensive as required).

$25 for a 2nd print? I'd sell mine for that.

Saw it, and saw that I couldn't pick it up for $10, so I decided not to ruin someone else's snipe ;)

Man what is the deal here:

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... RK:MEWA:IT

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... eName=WDVW

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... eName=WDVW

I know it looks to have some staining on the cover and I have a sneaking suspicion these prices are low due to the newbie seller, but still a Dragon #3 for only $11.50 and a #8 for only $18.25 WOW! 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O

*g*. How many times did I need to post on the "Interesting Items" thread?

Confused me that there's the other seller who started listing other SRs/old Dragons, 'bout the same time!
(Same person different ID, I think. *points to <gingerncody>*)

It is 2 different user IDs, although I also have a sneaking suspicion that they are both one in the same. Both are out of Michigan and both listing early Dragons and SRs. That made me a little bit leary, but in truth, I simply forgot about them or I would have put a bid in on them anyway at that price.

*bump*

Well, there went another 1st printing DMG that got away, this one from a UK seller that actually in pretty decent condition. Seems like besides myself(the idiot who *forgot* to bid on it  ), only John even noticed it:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... RK:MEWA:IT

Same seller also had a MM softie up:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... RK:MEWA:IT

And an early print PHB that had a couple missing pages and was laminated:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... RK:MEWA:IT

Still all of them went for less than $15.00.
