This Sunday (July 9th), the North Texas RPG Con Auctions page on Facebook is going to offer twenty one items from the collection of game designer Allen Hammack. Allen started out in the '70s as a player and DM, and then fatefully met Gary Gygax at Gen Con XI in 1978. He was hired as a game editor and worked at TSR during it's Golden Age, developing many books and games during this time. He was also the author on classics such as C2 Ghost Tower of Inverness, A3 Assault on the Aerie of the Slave Lords, I9 The Day of Al'Akbar, Boot Hill module BH4 Burned Bush Wells, TSR minigame Viking Gods, and much more. After many years out of the industry Allen made a return in recent years with products such as Top Secret: New World Order and Night of the Black Swords. He is a regular fixture at game cons, and I consider him a personal friend (sorry, Allen). I've agreed to auction many of the items from his personal collection, some have appeared at the last two NTRPG con auctions, last year's Gamehole Con Auction, and a previous auction on the North Texas RPG Con Auctions Page. Each item is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.  These items are in a wide-range of interest, but all were owned by Allen and many have personal significance. My commission on these is 20% so Allen gets the bulk of the profits here.
