Hi there,

I have been moving boxes around in my loft again, and came across a box or 3 of old TSR items... Any one able to suggest/recommend a (potential) value of them?

These are in original factory plastic seal

SAGA Dragonlance Fifth Age Fate Deck 9565

SAGA Dragonlance Fifth Age Dramatic Adventure Game 1148

There are others but still making an inventory just wanted to test the waters so to speak...

Dragon Magazine #200 (loose)

Linked to the above is there a definition thread of condition that Acaeum members use as a guide - Average Good Excellent Mint Perfect etc?

Thank you for your time.

Yours
Sean

Most of the Birthright stuff is fairly easy to find still in shrink.  As a guess, I would say $10 each for Player's Secrets books.  Havens of the Great Bay used to get a bit more in the $25-$30 range.

The Dragonlance 5th age boxed sets had ridiculously high MSRP and would probably sell for $10-$15 given a bit of time.

Probably your most valuable item is:

SAGA Dragonlance Fifth Age Fate Deck 9565

These are tough to find.  You could probably get $50-$75 for it from the right person.

Most Dragons magazines are harder to sell than they are worth.  I would sell #200 for $1 and be happy when it moves out.

Agree about Dragon #200.
I listed a Mint copy of #200 twice and never got a bid... not even with a 0.01 Cent starting price and lowest shipping possible.
I finally decided to toss it in as a freebie with some other items that were sold to a good buyer.
If nothing else, it added padding for the more important items in that package...

I have three sets of Birthright Players Secrets Books that I would send to anyone for shipping costs... plus maybe a buck total for my troubles.

The various Creature Crucible Booklets can be found on E-Bay for less than $5 quite often.

AD&D Birthright - Havens of the Great Bay boxset 3129
AD&D Birthright - Naval Battle Rules: The Sea of Cerilia 3134

There are 3 copies of Naval Battles (in shrink) currently on eBay, ranging from $55 to $60. I'm guessing if you priced it to sell, you'd get a buyer pretty quick. Same with Havens - Mars' suggestion of $25-30 is a lot more realistic than the one copy currently selling for close to $80.

The rest of the Birthright items are fairly common. I've picked up some SW items for my collection as cheap as $1 to $5 each, so $8-10 for the Player's Guides, etc is a reasonable expectation.

In shrink these can sometimes go for a bit - maybe $25-$30 but can also go for $10.
