I've been toying with the idea of unloading a couple of my more valuable items, in order to fund (of course) one of my other collecting habits. Curious what you guys think they're worth. I'll post pics, etc., in the Classified here first and take offers if I do decide to sell them:

Metamorphosis Alpha, 1st (with the SF-whatever stock number) - Good+, maybe VG, some wear and slight staining here and there.

Boot Hill, 1st/1st - At least Fine+ to be conservative, though IMO VF. The wiki here indicates there is a map that should be included in this, but I suspect that entry is in error as I've never seen one, and I've asked around a bit (Aaron at NKG, Dragon's Trove, etc.) and they haven't either. Thought it was worth mentioning that mine does not have one, in any case.

Outdoor Geomorphs - Walled City - VF condition, 100% complete and uncut, corner bump on bottom left affecting all pages.

I would guess around $50 for MA in the shape you describe.

Boot Hill maybe $80 (I haven't looked at these in a while).  There is an extra page map that comes with this.  The map was left out when the book was printed so the extra map page completes the book.  I don't know when this error was caught so very possibly that the map page was not included with early sales.  Also since it wasn't stapled into the book, it is easy to fall out along the way.  Hence most copies don't include this page but some do.

There is a map, folded over once and stuck in the back of the book loose.  If there isn't a map then it is incomplete.  Still worth $50+ without the map or $100+ with it.

Yes, Boot Hill (if complete) Should include a loose map.
I have seen less than minty copies sell for $75 + without the map.

I sold a 1st Print copy of Boot Hill (good condition) with no map and got over $80 (Something like that) a few months ago. (June 2009)
The book had writing on several pages, slightly rusty staples, and a torn out page (The page was there just removed at the perforation)  and I posted every problem with something like 6 pictures and still got a lot for it.
Mad Mesa adventure was with it, but at the time you could get that Module for a cup of beans.

I don't think most people are aware the book is suppose to come with a map.  Has someone come out from those days and said that the maps were sold with books from day 1?

My copy of Boot Hill 1st edition, 1st print also has no map. I would love to know what the map looks like, so I can try to track one down.

Here ya go pardner...

It is a one sided map that when folded fits nicely inside the book.
It was never meant to be stapled into the book.

FWIW: That map was not mine.
I got the picture from someone else and for the same reason you wanted one.
Dont recall Who, or How though.

If I had the funds and wanted it, I would toss a $100 at a minty copy with the map and more and still I figure that would not be enough....

Thanks. I recall seeing something like that somewhere in my collection... maybe I have one and didn't know it. Hmm. Got to go dig!

!! I think I might have the map after all, gotta go check. I assumed it was a "wilderness" scale map of a small section of territory. Someone above mentioned that it would be a second printing if I do have it, yet the cover of mine is a first... I'll go look....Nope, no map.

Anyway, thanks for all the responses.

No thoughts on the Outdoor Geomorphs?

Outdoor Geomorphs are hard to say.
Mint in the SW, will easily exceed $100.
With slight problems (Such as your set) $75-$100.
I am guessing though, but that is something I would make an attempt at myself.
Since I do not snipe though I have little chance at winning. :(

I think the comment about 2nd Print Boot Hill with map is indicating that  the map is stapled in at the end? Or perhaps part of the text inside the book somewhere.
Never had a 2nd print so I do not know.
First prints the map was a pullout, never actually stapled into the book.

The Outdoor Geomorphs is a 2nd print (lizard logo); forgot to mention. The corner bump is really very slight; that corner is just not absolutely perfectly flat, enough so you can tell is was dropped or knocked on that corner once.

I think I'll probably keep the MA and the Outdoor Geos, and put the Boot Hill on eBay sometime soon. Thanks.

I think you misunderstand a bit.  The map was left book by mistake so the extra separate page was included to complete the book.  In the second printing, the error was corrected and the page is printed and stapled as part of the book.

Pip, the posts above are about the 1st edition Boot Hill, which is just a booklet. The box set first appeared in the 2nd edition, which has the rulebook, a large map and bunch of counters:

LOL, thanks.  I am missing some counters, but not a map then!  Will have to watch out for a Boot Hill first/first then, unless someone wants to trade one for items in my ebay store!
