Fantasy Systems Tradervale and Fez I in SW

Can anybody help me place a value on the two items above?  Are these items rare?  Common?

Tradervale was produced by Fantasy Systems in 1986 and is authored by Ken Carpenter.

My copy of Fez I is unbound and has a green cover.  It is still in the SW.

Fez goes for $10-$40. Not sure about Tradervale. If you decide to trade/sell it, LMK. Looks interesting.


If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

I would estimate $10-$25 for Fez I.  

I have only seen two other Tradervales offer for sale since I have been collecting (8 years).  So my guess on value would be $50+.
