I think this one often has a map that is missing. In general it is a run of the mill role aids item. Probably $5 is about right.

There is indeed a cardstock map in the center.
A perfect copy might edge up to $8-10, but this is pretty common, so I don't think it would often go for much over that.

There are a dozen or so Role Aids for sale in the UK from the Cougar, all at BIN £4.99 with high shipping, so you can expect the real market price to be half that.

I agree with the folks above.
I think $5 US Dollars for a decent copy complete with map is about right.
For a Mint copy, perhaps as much as $10.
