H1 was an inflated value item to begin with - it has a mystique, which increases its perceived value over its actual rarity. This doesn't necessarily mean that the product is overpriced, but that it is indeed popular and therefore worth more on the market. Other products that have this perception include WGA4,
H4, WGR1, and the Kara Tur boxed set.
Also,
H1's value is exacerbated by the crappy packaging - it's almost impossible to find an uncrushed box, and there's also all the little components to contend with.
With all that said, I would personally never pay more than $50 for an
H1 - which is why I never bother to bid on them. The market has exceeded my personal estimation of the item's worth.
Here's the list of people who have been bidding on
H1 lately; it's actually pretty diverse:
benwax - once (high bid $25.00)
camcam666 - once (high bid 51.03 GBP)
chris1671 - once (current bid)
cougarrinard - once (high bid $88.00)

Those are the results for an "H1 Bloodstone" search. YMMV if you dig deeper than that into lots, etc.
