I just recently sold one (like, last week) for $40 (with map).  I sold a mapless copy recently for $25.  Both were used (maybe a little better shape than the ToT copy). Old RQ stuff often doesn't bring as much as you think it would. I'd say $40-$50 for the item, based on condition.
