I have a DC/TSR DragonLance Saga Book Five Graphic Novel that I wanted to list but can't seem to find a price for it. Amazon is out of stock and Coug is the only one selling one for $162.00, so that's price quote gets thrown out the window. There seems to be plenty of volume 1-4's around but not 5.

Never seen them.

They are "graphic novels" AKA comic books. I've had 1-4, but never 5.

What was the reason for you not having 5? Was it hard to find or something else?

These are a comic version of the DragonLance Chronicles similar in style to the DC line of D&D comics except in a graphic novel format.  Probably geared more for teens.

There's a bit more blood and guts in the newer Devil's Due releases.

I have all 5.  Don't remember really having much trouble finding any of them.

Number 5 was short shipped so it is indeed much harder to aquire.  Normally it goes in the $60+ range while the others are $5-15.

Wow!  Wouldn't have guessed that.  Book One was released in 1987.

Never came across one. I never really looked for it either though. I've seen 1-4 fairly regularly without really looking for them.

Just giving this a little *bump* in relation to the newbie Classified post.
Missed this before, so are they still readily available? Or any good? Was a huge DL novel fan bitd and quite fancy these now on first impression...

No, #5 is not readily available.  On occasion it will pop up on eBay and it's hit-or-miss as to whether one can be had for a reasonable price.  Like other items, if they are buried in a lot, they can be had for a good price.  Otherwise, expect to pay a decent chunk of change.  These graphic novels tend to be incorrectly listed, to the advantage of the buyer, more than other DL items, since the cross-section of people selling them is probably not as astute about the potential value (just a comic book).

The series is not too bad a read.

yeah, I bought the first 4 all together when they first came out. It wasn't until I came across a collection listing that I even knew a 5th book existed.

This just makes me sad face :( -> http://www.amazon.com/Dragonlance-Saga- ... 0880389745

8O  What the heck is that seller doing?  Do they seriously think they will get that kind of cash?!  They are simply wasting their time.  It is stunning that they apparently have hopes that it will actually fruit them a sale.   :roll:

Meanwhile... watch me be wrong and it sells for that much and makes me choke on my words.  lol
