Anybody know the value of the Dwarven Forge Lizard Man Tribe (DWA-001)?It appears to have been out of print for 3-5 years ... possibly longer.

For those not familiar with it, it's a set of 10 prepainted plastic Lizard Man miniatures (25 mm, I think).

These were expensive when released and were not well receiced.  Value has plummeted. You be lucky to get $10.00 IMO

And some of us would be lucky to pay that little.  :)

Does anyone have an estimate of how many sets were made?

I bought a set on ebay for about $15 last spring and was happy to find it.  I followed DF auctions every week for months and only saw one or two sets up.  But the demand was indeed low.

The little promo dart lizards that came with pre-order of one of the lake tile sets are in higher demand.  I think I have seen them do about $50 two or three times.  And, they are addictive little things to play with.  Even a two year old can understand trying to walk a figure across a bridge and having lizardmen pop out of the water with blowguns!

Bump.

I just listed my aforementioned Lizard Man Tribe set on eBay:

** expired eBay auction **

Bidding starts at 99 cents. It will be interesting to see what demand is like. Whatever happens, I will be happy to free up space in the house :)
