Does anyone know what the following items typically go for?

Caverns of Thracia
Dark Chateau
Dark Tower
Players Guide to Wilderlands

Assuming NM condition, my 2 cents:
Caverns of Thracia $25, probably could find it for a little less, sell it for a little more, depending on your perspective.
Dark Chateau (not NG, btw, but TLG) - seems to be spiking/rising recently.  I would say $40 would not be an unreasonable price for a buyer at the moment.  There would probably be a pretty wide range of possible auction finishes, anywhere from $25 to dare I say $100?  Tough one to predict right now, maybe someone who has been specifically watching this one can weigh in.
Dark Tower - $15 or less.  (I am assuming the GG d20 version, this is also not from Necromancer) This is relatively common and is still available directly from Amazon.
PGtW - the highest one here, maybe $50-60.  Doesn't seem to be readily available anywhere any less than that, and I can't remember any recent eBay auctions of this, either.  Available from NKG at $65 VG+

Again, just my humble observations.

TLG's Dark Chateau comes in two printings and is the forerunner to CZ:UW. Along with Yggsburgh, it forms the backdrop environ in which CZ:UW was placed, so it is set to rise in value steadily over the coming years for two reasons. Firstly, there weren't too many printed, and secondly, they are paperback and will not bear as well in time as the hardback Yggsburgh will. It's also penned by RJK, which is another big name to add to the CZ project.

The first printing has a predominantly grey cover matching Yggsburgh, the second printing has a predominantly brown cover to match the other gazetteers. At the moment first printing appears to be the rarer of the two.

On price GG is pretty much spot on IMO.
But all are set to rise steadily in value over the coming years. There is no dead duck in there.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Thanks for the replies.
Thanks also for correcting me on the publishers, Grug; my books were upstairs when I wrote the post.
My Dark Chateau has a yellowy cover, marked CZA1 and TLG 8060. It also says copyright 2008. So which version do I have, I wonder?
