Just bought this item on Ebay for £3. It's a module written for Denver Gamers Association's convention, Genghis Con II, held in May 1980 and written by Davy Davis.
The condition is fair and complete. Apart from knowing it takes place on a sinking ship, I know little else about it (I have yet to have it delivered).
Any idea of its collectability/worth?

. Worth about $5-10 in Fair to Good condition. Come up on eBay every couple of months. Most often in Excelent to Near Mint condition on account of no-one ever playing the thing. In EX/NM condition, usually sell for between $15 and $25.
This week I've been mostly eating . . . chicken and wild rice soup.

Dimension Six produced a number of other items as well:

Most of the other modules were made in a format that really shows the wear and they are difficult to find in excellent shape. Furioso though is usually found in excellent shape although it often seems harder to find than many of the others. I would put a value of $30-$40 on a copy in excellent shape but maybe $10-$15 on a bit of a beat up copy.
