The print is called:

Dragon Citadel...

Yes, that is indeed Bob Matteson. And yes, he is a nice guy. He is an assistant instructor at the school where I learn Taiji, rides a Harley, and indeed has the 'biker look' about him. Those frequenting the Maryland Renaissance Festival can see his work and meet him there right by the entrance on the left side of the lane (unless he's been moved).
