That seems to be about the going price, the $9.95 one seems to be even a bit cheaper than usual.  Considering they are RPGA items that are only given at tourneys, I'd say they're a good investment, similar to the Adventurer's Guild modules.  I'd say they're even better the AGs because these are glossy, with art and harder to duplicate.  It's only a matter of time until someone starts xeroxing and PDF-ing the AGs.

Yeah, I'm investing in some of these myself.  Not to mention, some are actually really good adventures too.  Legacy of the Green Regent is supposed to end next year I think, and I'm wondering if WotC won't combine all the adventures into one huge book and release it.  Still, they are pretty cool.

FYI - Any WotC Premiere Store (which is probably almost all decent sized games stores out there) can order up to four RPGA Retail Kits per month.  The kits include:

1 window cling
2 promo posters
12 terrain tiles
7 promo miniatures
3 spell/effect templates
3 copies of a Green Regent adventure
A bunch of paperwork for running leagues/tournaments

The contents change every month, though they do repeat some of the templates, terrain tiles, etc.  All this for only $10.  If you're really interested in these I'd talk to your local gamestore and offer them $20 to order them for you.  Beats the hell out of eBay and you get extra copies for trade or play.
