I have a 16-page "Gateway to Adventure" catalog/advertisement published by TSR in 1981.

Not really.  There are a couple versions of the "Gateway to Adventure" but it was included in a lot of TSR products so it is one of the easiest catalogs to find.  $5 at best.

Unless it is a black covered version rather than the typical brown.
