It's not paricularly rare, but it's a great adventure and well worth maybe £8-10. They crop up on eBay a dozen or so times a year, but if you're in the UK and it's in the UK, the postage is gonna be cheap.

That copy appears to be consistently aged and/or damp-affected towards the edges. Not a good sign in my book even if that doesn't seem to put many people off!
Even on a good day it would be difficult to guarantee that a fine condition copy would sell for more than £5-8. (Undervalued a bit, possibly, but it isn't a name to play with like Tegel, Dark Tower, Inferno, etc.).
