** expired eBay auction **

Anyone seen one of these up close?  I've got a question in to the seller (maybe it's a misprint) but I thought I would ask here.

It's not a misprint.

"They DO exist"    (mmmm..... M & Ms.......)

A guy in my group has one. $19.95 MSRP brand new vs. $29.95 for the hardcover. (I don't remember where he said he bought it).

I need to get one for my collection, too. (not interested in the other junk, though)

Dave, get the barbarian in the corner a drink, quick!

Yes, softcover 3.5 PHBs do exist.  However, being softcovers, they wear out quickly.

The soft cover Player's Handbook was sold in the Player's Kit boxed set.

As an aside to the 3.5e Mini Bubble thread, I was looking for a used 3.5 PHB for a buddy of mine.  I ended up being able to buy one of these boxed sets in shrink cheaper than I could find a rogered hard cover by itself.
