Hi all!

I picked up Grenadier's Action Art 8003 Mythological Creatures, and it seems to be incomplete, but I can't find a reference anywhere. Does anyone know what SHOULD be in it?

Hey! I recognize 8003 Mythological Creatures as the first & only minis I got as an Xmas present. I still have them, badly painted. I was wondering what set they came in. I remember the little row of paints.

I looked up the set, and mine IS slightly different. I have a monolith instead of a unicorn colt, and the cyclops I have has a bill-guisarme blade for a left hand. I thought it was just a chunk of flash, but it appears not to be.
I dug around a bit and found a site where someone had painted a monolith from the Mythological set, so my guess is there were two different sets. Mine is dated 1983.

Frank, over the weekend, I'll check to see if Fantastic Worlds of Grenadier indicates any variants on the figures over time.  That was a normal practice for Grenadier, so I wouldn't be surprised if your set differs from the others (it's also possible that it's a monolith from another set, too, of course).
