LEN, take a look! What you have been searching for is on ebay  8)   Though people don't like the 10th, I find the slipcase very attractive and cool :-) People complain that it contains items that have already been made and nothing "unique". Well the case is unique!! :-)  Lets see how high the slipcase can fetch.

Well, Mike as of today 12/18 it doesn't look like there is too much interest...If the auction were to end right now, it would cost more to ship the item than to buy it! (it is sitting a $3 and some change)

I just wonder what Michael will do with the slipcase? Perhaps add modules in them and call it a complete 10th anniv????

Mike I know you are only kidding (at least I hope about this buyer), but it is this exact reason I would stay away from this item like the plague.  It is the dishonest people who would try something like this and probably get away with it.  I believe this item really only has true worth in its original SW (but a person who really goes all out, could produce a SW copy of something as well).  Sorry for the rant...Just my 2 cents worth :?

Hi Len, Michael (chromaticknight) is a honest collector, I was just wondering why he would spend $80+ on a slipcase? Seriously, any collector could add the missing modules in there and call it a complete 10th anniv. Its not like the modules were specially bound, etc.  Resellers definitely could buy that slipcase and then add the modules in it and sell it for a fortune!  You have to be very cautious when buying stuff like that.

$80+ for this item seems very reasonable to me considering its rarity. Personally I wouldn't pay much more for it if it had all of the booklets with it. Perhaps a SW boxset wouldn't fetch much more if it came up for auction. We will only know for sure if someone moves one on Ebay.  Adam

Speaking of slipcases....I have only noticed one RPGA slipcase from the early 80's come up for auction over the years. I for one would like to get my hands on one. I think it was a purple color?  Adam
