I was listing some Dungeon Magazines on eBay when I discovered a "Fountain of Health" fold-out map inside issue #52.  After checking the issue, I am fairly confident it does not belong there.  The map is dated 1992.  The map does not go with Dungeon issue #35 either because I am also selling that issue and it is not appear to go with any of those adventures.  Does it go with Dungeon Magazine at all?   Any help or advice appreciated.

It appears I will be placing this item in the "Incomplete to Complete" thread. 8)
