I just bought a collection of unopened blisters that included Ral Partha, Rackham, and these Off The Wall miniatures. I've found info on the first two above but cannot find any info on these specific ones. They appear to be older versions but not sure. Made by Gray Cat Castings, Distributed by Task Force Games: Bunrabs #2130 X2 / Highlanders #2111 X3
