Hi all,

I, unfortunately, have to get rid of most of my old D&D gear.  I thought this piece might have some value, so I thought I'd ask.

Is the Grenadier Gold Box 5009 - Dragon's Lair worth anything these days?

It is in the original box (good condition, though slight creasing on box cover, and some wear on corners). It is in orignial condition: no painting or assembly, and all pieces are included.  I even have the original parts list sheet that came with the box.

Thanks for any help figuring out a value.

That gold box does indeed have value, but it can vary widely.  If you put it up on eBay, it'll probably go in the $20 to $30.00 range.  If the minis have no lead rot and it looks good in the picture, these can make the value drop or climb respectively.  Then again, we've seen occasional crazy buyers, but those are usually for the really rare stuff.

Everything has value, I'd pick ot the pieces that are worth $10.00 or more and sell them individually and then lump everything else into one lot.  Take good pictures.  Have good descriptions and you can make some cash.

And who knows, you may get some private messages with offers!  List your stuff!  What have you got to lose except some outrageous eBay fees! 8)   Just list them in the classified section.

Here's another box of minis for sale.

** expired/removed eBay auction **

This seller has other similar boxes for sale.  They may or may not sell at these prices.  Just more information to consider. 8)
