Would be interested to read opinions on the value of the Judges Guild CSotIO 1977 Item Code 12.

Just want to be sure of something, and that is that in the first edition of CSotIO, Booklet J does not include the Ready Ref Chart J-5?

Just a little confused from looking at the City State Campaign and what goes with it.

Do not want to say the Campaign is complete if it is missing something.

That is correct, there are no Ref Sheets with the CSIO.
