I have a boxed original D&D set, plus greyhawk, blackmoor and chainmail, all pretty much 3-4th printing kind of stuff in good shape but I did use it all at the time and the staples seem rusty/crusty.
Anyways, the question is, I'm going to list on ebay, better separate or all as one lot?
I will put up pictures, exact printings and a better description of the shape of each one when I list them on ebay.

Probably better individually, but maybe together if the condition is not that great.
Those who can, don't. Those who should not, do.

Individually. Offer reasonable shipping. Offer to combine shipping. As soon as you lump a bunch together you start to lose customers.
Rememebr if you do sell individually keep at least 3 minutes between each auction. Most bidders snipe and if you have them all end at the same time you lose last second bids.

individually will grant you more money... that's for sure!
i'd advice to have a presell here in the classified board...
(if possible add pics and detailed descriptions)

Box as one listing (Complete?)
Each supplement Book either seperate, or as one listing.
Most times the books individually are likely to gain more interest, and more bidding.
Some folks want only one supplement, others perhaps two.
I have seen listings for supplements books together go for more than individual books alone.
Though not often.
