I found two Dungeons & Dragons Book and Recording children's books this weekend. Both are on Kid Stuff Records and Tapes. The first one is:

Attack of the Assassins   Stock # KSR 639     Dated 1984

The other is Quest of the Riddles   Stock # KSR 640 dated 1984

Both are the cassette version. All I have are the books and cassettes. I do not know how they came packaged. Or how many were made and have survived.

I am wondering if they have any e-bay value; or should I just hold on to them for novelty value and add to my collection?

Any ideas or information would be appreciated.

Although I have not seen the two you listed, I have seen some Kids Stuff Albums and book sets. They sell for between $5 and $15 ON e-BAY.
Most of them are BINs from E-bay stores.
