Any idea what one of these would go for these days? I can't find any recent auctions on eBay to gauge.

Which of the two releases? One of them is more rare than the other, as I recall from reading about it. Either way, my guess is about $120, but I'm guessing...

Link to release info

I see you responded in that thread, implying the more common one. I'd still say $120, and around $180 for the other one, possibly more. Possibly less, too.

When I've mentioned the DVD from time to time, I've almost always been asked if it's still available:  my gut says that there's pent-up demand for one of these, so it could sell nicely, David, especially if you auction it and get a few folks who really want it involved....

You may want to be a bit careful selling this.  I seem to recall that Ian had a cease and desist selling this item from GW (I think).

Mars is correct.  I couldn't find anything but admittedly I didn't search very well, but I do remember this being mentioned a few years back.

Which, arguably, makes it even more valuable.

Right, but if I can't sell it. . . . :P I don't think I'll put it up on eBay. I'd rather do a private sale. I just wanted some idea of what it was worth before I put a price on it.

So, is Serleran accurate? $120? I'd be more than happy to let it go for that price.

might get more but same range as dragon archive $100-$200 much more rare but less demand as not known even if wd #1 will cost as much

Its been a very long time since I have seen one of these in open auction but I sold my extra copy a year or so ago for $100 privately.  You could always try $120 or $150 and see what happens.

Since you have nothing to lose initially, I'd start high:  $175 perhaps.

Maybe post it on a new auction site ;) and see what interest you get.

I e-mailed their lawyer a while back and tried to get them to confirm what the issue was with me selling the product. They wouldn't clarify the situation but pointed out that I could be handling stolen property.

I posted it over at the Dragonsfoot Classifieds for $125.00. I don't think I would feel right asking more than that.
