So I'm going to be selling my collection and wondered about prices...

First question:  What's "The Keep" dungeon module worth?

Most of the Roleaids stuff is extremely cheap - mainly because Mayfair still so much of it and is blowing it out.  The exception seems to be the tournament modules in folders.

The Keep would probably get you $1 - $5 but may not sell at all on Ebay.
