"Dune" expansions + 25mm mini: help needed!

Ciao guys, i really need your help in finding the fair price for the following:

"the duel" - expansion set for dune (avalon hill)

"spice harvest" - expansion set for dune (avalon hill)

"rögon the barlog dragon" - 25mm miniature by ral partha

...all of them are in mint conditions! the only flaw i can see is that the shrink of the miniature is not fully intact (see pictures here below):

I think you could expect at least $50 for each of the Dune expansions, which don't come up on eBay that often (or at least not nearly as often as the base game). Perhaps as much as $100 if a bidding war springs up.

Also, Fantasy Flight Games just announced that they will be printing a new version of the game in 2008 (well, it's Dune that won't be called "Dune" ... long story), so I've noticed that interest in all things Dune has increased a little bit.
