It's basically a picture book.

It has pictures of creatures, adventures, weapons, scenes, etc.  For what it typically goes for, it's not a bad buy.

From another listing:

"This book contains a collection of fantasy artwork depicting the fabled Zarakan's Dungeon. Filled with color art of the adventurers, creatures and locations within the dungeon. Published by Squadron Signal Publications, the publisher of many military historical books. Copyright 1981 Squadron Publications. 79 pages. OOP."


The official description is "fantasy art book", but as Mars said: it's basically just a picture book.
