L2 Assasins Knot--  has wear on the cover pretty good for being 24 years
>old....not too bad, except for a small cut out near the top of the spine,
>similar to what record companies do to promotional cds and white out on the
>inside page 1 where some stooge wrote his name. I'd take $5 for it.

>H3 Bloodstone Wars--   This was on xxxx's list, so I'll need to hear back
>from him on it. In case he doesn't want it, I'll summarize it here. It has
>a good bit of wear on the cover and a bit of staple rust, but the insides
>are still in good shape with no yellowing or anything. It goes over $100 in
>NM condition...I'd let it go for $10 if xxxx doesn't want it.

>Battle System Skirmish--   has some wear on the cover like the rest, the
>rules reference card is still attached. The insides are in nice shape and
>looking at the beautiful full color pics almost makes me want to keep it,
>but I gotta get rid of this stuff. I have no clue what it's worth, but $7(a
>little less than 1/2 cover price) seems fair.

>Planescape:  Something wild--  The cover has a decent bit of wear, but the
>insides are still nice. $5

>Giantcraft--   As with most of my books, the cover shows signs of wear. the
>corners of the pages have a touch of rounding, but the pages are otherwise
>nice. $6

>Complete Book of Necromancers.--   Actually looks better that I remember it
>looking lol. Just some minor wear on the cover, some rounding of the page
>corners and the sticker on the back has some fading(all of the books bound
>as this one was had a sticker on the back with the blurb about the book
>etc.). This is the earlier version with cover price $18, before they raised
>it to 20 or 22. It typically ebays at $25+, I'd take $20

Do these seem reasonable?  I apologize for the formating, I'm not very computer literate.  Thanks for any help you knowledgable folks are able to give me.  FWIW, I'm getting free shipping.

With free shipping its probably not a bad deal.  Although some of the info is probably over exaggerated.

H3 for $100 on Ebay seems way too high.  I know there have been some crazy prices for things in shrink but I would probably only put this at $50.

Battle System Skirmish - $7 again seems high here too :)  If you can sell it you are doing well.

Necro for $20 is probably about right although if you look I'm sure you could find one cheaper.

Thanks for the input.  I know his estimate e-bay info on H3 was on the high side     Someone else has dibbs on that anyway.  I'm willing to pay 20 for the Necro to avoid the hassle e-bay can sometimes be.

Something Wild, Giantcraft and BS Skirmish are the ones that I was most curious about.   I've traded minis on-line with this guy before, so I trust him.

I'm a collector who doesn't need pristine copies, just decent readable copies.  This seems like a pretty hassle free way to obtain a few items I missed along the way.   I'm not necessarily going to pay cash either.  I may decide to trade D&D miniatures for them.  I collect those as well.

These books are pretty much a dime a dozen.  Something Wild in shrink usually goes for about $10.  So paying some token amount like $5 is pretty standard for open used copies.

** expired eBay auction **

@nyjastul69 - ignoring qgr even $50 sounds high for condition stated
