Hey guys.  I need hand on this one.

It is a green hardcover book.  It's a Games Workshop print from 1988.  ISBN:  1-869-893-37-9.  Looks unused/NM.

I cannot find this anywhere except for Amazon and its listed for $550 or higher.  Is this a legitimate value?  If not, how much would its value be?

I would shoot for $20-$30....rarely do copies have the maps/handouts still attached.
