This is a booklet with a green cardboard cover by Raymond Robertson and Clifford Robertson and illustrations by Oscar Humphrey. It's 54 pages long and it contains monsters for AD&D. Does anybody know anything about it?

I think I have seen about 3 of them up for sale in the past year usually in about the $40 range.   There is another book called just Monsters! Monsters! but I am not sure if the two are related.

Isn't Monsters! Monsters! a twist on Tunnels & Trolls where you play the monsters fighting heroes and pillaging towns to gaine Xps?

That's sounds right.  I think I thought about this before but forgot.  Monsters! Monsters! is by Ken St. Andre so I don't think it is related to Monsters! Monsters! Monsters! Galore!

I have one in my Ebay store right now:

It's pretty crude, and obviously a non-approved item, which of course adds to it's charm. I would think it's use now would be quite small; this is a collectors item only.

As for Monsters! Monsters!...
  • It is by Ken St. Andre (illus. by Liz Danforth)
  • It does use the Tunnels & Trolls mechanics (well, most of them).
  • It does work with Tunnels & Trolls.
  • It has the players being monsters and looting the humans.  A nice twist, which is why I'm glad I kept my copy.
  • It has nothing to do with the monster book that is the center of this discussion.

Have a nice day :)
