Anyone know how rare this item is? I see the GURPS version quite frequently but not this one.

I don't think it's terribly rare, but IIRC the RTal Falkenstein books can fetch more than cover price.  I've got about 5 or 6, but I don't follow the game, so I can't say.  

From a game-play POV, the game's fun and enjoyable, FWIW.
