I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to what this went with. I am pretty sure it was not a stand alone product...I could be wrong though.

There was that other AD&D Helmet a couple of months ago. It was more of a good guy knight's helmet with the pull down visor. Maybe this is its evil Lord companion?

I believe those helmets are based on the LJN figures. Note the eagle wings on the "good guy" helmet? The good guy in the LJN line was Strongheart the Paladin and his helmet was noted for having wings. This "bad guy" helmet is none other than Warduke's helmet (the face shape is the same and it's got horns, though far smaller than the horns on the Warduke LJN figure).
