Here comes the bad news...

Both the 2nd and 3rd prints have the same Product List, but only the 3rd has the green cover. Other then that I'm unsure if there is anything different from the 2nd and 3rd prints.

The cover cardstock is different between the 2nd and 3rd prints.  The 3rd is more paper and the 2nd is stiffer.

Is the product list consistent with where Grodog puts it?

Yep. I've got it around (5+/77) for the 2nd (course the 3rd maybe impossible to date since it does have the same product list.)

Tekumel rule book, it looks exactly the same as one as from the original set, but this one is not Spiral Bound. :?

I would guess that it is a reprint of the book probably from Tita's House of Games.  Their current version has a colour cover but they probably had a print run before that had no colour:

The format looks identical to the version published by Different Worlds, though the date seems earlier, and the cover for the DW edition was color.  Hmmm.  Wonder if it's an earlier version of the DW one (or if the DW version was in fact printed by Dixie Press?).

I'd ask for a picture of the back, but working with toner cartridges at a previous job, I think I see a spot or two as if its a copy. Who knows, but more pics should definitely be warranted.
