Just curious if anyone had an idea of what this item should be worth . . . . I'm cleaning out some of my TSR reference materials, and I can't find any values or listings for this one anywhere.  Thanks!   Pat

Well, in comic collector terms, I'd say very fine -- nice gloss, minimal wear, no creases or markings.

Pat, are the bookmarks present\still attached?  If so, I imagine it could be in the neighborhood of $30.  I picked mine up in similar shape back in '99 for that price.  I was trying to collect all the Catacomb adventures at one time but could never find them all.  I have the 'Gnomes - 100, Dragons - 0' adventure as well.  Does anyone know what the other Catacomb adventures are?  -Len

Assuming that the bookmarks and the "memory traces" are the same thing, yes, they're still attached in the back.  Thanks for the info! I'll probably stick it up on eBay sometime soon.   Pat

Here are the only ones that I am aware of being published:  8420 FAERIE MOUND OF THE DRAGONKIND, MAZE, SOLO QUEST 8421 GNOMES-100, DRAGONS-0, DRAGONLANCE, SOLO QUEST 8422 KNIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, SOLO QUEST  They come up pretty often and don't demand a really high price.  Usually between $8.00 to $30.00, depending on condition.  Probably not as popular because they are labeled as "Catacomb Books" and are solo quests.  That's my 2-cents.  Still find them quite neat.

Any reason there is no info on these in the Acaeum database? My Gnomes 100, Dragons 0 is dated 1987. I thought that the Acaeum covered up to 1989?

Then again, maybe I cannot locate it on the site :?

It is not technically a "RPG" item...it's a self contained game in itself. But it probably wouldn't hurt to have it (and maybe Knight of the Living Dead) in the data base...

Funny, Adrian doesn't cover them on the TSR Archive site either. :?

If the book is in good condition I would pay the price listed on the book or maybe a little higher. Please reply to this post. Thank you.

Well as little my as this thread came back up, I will take advantage and ask if anyone knows whether or not the "Foul Play at Fools Summit" one actually exists?  I have been able to get copies of the other 4 (not great quality) but have never found #5, which is also a Top Secret game I believe.  Thanks

No, nothing with that name was ever published. I hesitate to say it doesn't exist, because someone might have written three pages of it...

At which point it would be referred to as a pre-publication edition and the price would skyrocket for it, but then it would level off with the realization that it's not in shrinkwrap.
