What you have there is not complete. EPT was released in a box, with the rulebook and a map of the city of Jakalla.  This is assuming of course that you have an original printing.  There were two reprints of this book.  Different Worlds reprinted it, and I believe the reprint and the original are almost indistinguishable.  The book was reprinted yet again by Tita's House of Games, but this reprint is distinguishable from the others by the illustration on the front cover being colored.

Looks fine to me. It's just the one book, guessing from the auction description.
