Can anyone tell me which printing of Tractics this is?  As you can see, Volume is published by Tactical Studies Rules, with a tan "leatherette" cover and the GK logo, while Volumes 2 & 3 are Guidon Games, with smooth, darker tan covers.  The green bundle is a massive collection of correction and data sheets, folded but not stapled.  Is this a mixed set?

Thanks,
Stephen

Hybrid with the left over stock TSR "acquired" from Guidon.

Identical composition to the one Frank won on my behalf at the end of March.

- apologies, the pics have vanished from that auction and for some reason I forgot to take /full/ sized copies.

Anyone got a woodgrain Tractics with a full set of TSR volumes?
(Presume there isn't one with a full set of Guidon books, however).

Does your copy have the same hand correction to the stock list prices as the 2nd OD&D set & T1st Greyhawk, Stephen?

Stephen,
Check out the Tractics thread a little further down in Collecting Appraisal. I was looking for info on my Guidon Tractics and it sparked a lot of discussion. It should be very helpful to you.

Started playing D&D at Great Lakes in '76-'77. Went to Dungeon in Lake Geneva. Got to adventure in original Blackmoor. Saved some rare pieces from then, not in best shape: Palace of Vampire Queen, Beastmaker Mountain. Started collecting recently.

"Multi-sided Dice Sets" changed from $1.75 to $2.50 in blue ink.

The stock list begins with "CAVALIERS and ROUNDHEADS..." $3.00
"DUNGEONS & DRAGONS..." $10.00
"GREYHAWK..." $5.00
"TRI-COLOR..." $5.00
"WARRIORS OF MARS..." $5.00

...etc., and last product listed is:

"Miniature Figures - a complete line of Scruby Miniatures..." $10.00.
