Came across this in a lot.  Any help on rarity and value as a collector's item is appreciated.

Don't know about rarity...
I have one though....

Pretty fun reading through all the tables once in a while.

IIRC, mine has a black cover w/white or gold (?) writing.

Bah...

I just realized mine is a revised edition.  The print is green and blue on white.
