I received this older looking booklet in a lot.  I have never come across one before and will be putting it away in my "not sure what to make of it, but it looks interesting and/or ancient" box.  If anyone can assist on its history, I would appreciate it.

I have the spell book from Dragon Tree Press.  These were intended as generic fantasy RPG supplements, although heavily geared towards the 800lb. gorilla.  The company is still in business, and the book is still readily available.  Value would be the current cover price at best.
