Hello all, here's a unique item question:

I have a unique copy of Gary Gygax's "Necropolis," published by Necromancer Games, that was the first copy sold at Gen Con when it released in 2002.

It is signed by Gary and is also signed by Clark Peterson to the effect that it was the first copy sold at Gen Con when it released, essentially making it the first copy ever sold.

I do not have a COA/LOA to that effect (not something I thought of at the time), but can probably contact Clark and get one, if need be.

Any idea what it might be worth?

Currently, the 2002 Necromancer "Necropolis" goes for around $50 on eBay (the new 2021 edition dropped the price on that substantially). Gary's signature might double that, or more? And would there then be any premium for being the first sold?

Thanks for your help

James
