Those books were licensed reprints done by a now-defunct third party company,
Twenty-First Century Games, sometime in the late 1990s to early 2000s after TSR had been bought by
Wizards of the Coast but before
WotC began publishing their 3rd edition of D&D. They were created specifically for the collector's market, and their value has gone up. They are long since out of print. They were published for the silver anniversary, and the
DMG is the hardest to find.
ToT shows the full list of what was published:
Tome of Treasures :: View Forum - Dungeons & DragonsIf you do a search on eBay of "21st century games ad&d," you can get a pretty good idea of what sellers of these items are asking for. Clicking on the "sold" button shows that you can probably get from $60 to $90 for your Manual of the Planes item.
Truth is worth finding and life is too short to work for money.
